This fall, Emmaus is walking through the book of Galatians in a sermon series called The Gospel and Its Counterfeits: Good News Defended, Defined, and Displayed. Galatians is the one New Testament letter where Paul skips his usual thanksgiving and sounds an alarm instead—the church had traded the true gospel for a counterfeit. We face the same temptation today. The book of Galatians can help us defend the gospel, define it clearly, and display it in how we actually live.
